Pack 17 was founded in 1945. Pack 17 is located in Hatboro, Pa. Our Charter is held by Hatboro Rotary Club.
The pack is made up of children from :
- Crooked Billet Elementary
- Blair Mill Elementary
- Hallowell Elementary
- Simmons Elementary
- Upper Moreland Elementary
- Elementary schools from Centennial and Central Bucks as well
Membership is not limited to these schools, as pack membership is open to children from all areas. We currently have 75 scouts along with ~20 trained leaders. Aside from den meetings we hold many trips throughout the year. Our biggest event of the year is most definitely the Pinewood Derby, where the scout, with help from their AKELA, build a car out of wood to race against the other scouts in the pack.
